Monica Hurt, our second shift secretary at CRMH
Imaging, went well beyond the extra mile in a recent
display of exceptional customer service. An elderly
gentleman came to our front desk looking for his
daughter, whom he had just dropped off for her outpatient
appointment. He'd parked in the Belleview Parking
Deck. His daughter was nowhere to be found. Monica
searched all of our local facilities' appointment
schedules in an attempt to find his daughter. Unfortunately,
her appointment was at the Crystal Spring Medical
Office Building and "Dad" had gotten geographically
disoriented after dropping her off.
Monica escorted him all the way to Crystal Spring Imaging, reuniting father and daughter. Then, Monica guided them back to the Belleview garage. What could have been hours of frustration for the patient and her father, was reduced to minutes by the resourceful and thoughtful actions of Monica Hurt. Kudos to Monica for stepping up, literally walking that extra mile and giving us a level of exemplary customer service we should all strive to reach.
