These facilities include the Roanoke Athletic Club and Zoom Fitness in Roanoke and the Botetourt Athletic Club.

ZOOM...Fitness on the Go, located at 215 S. Jefferson St. (CASB building), is a quick in-and-out approach to fitness. We offer risk-free options to fit every individual's needs. Choose from the following:

ZOOM offers cardiovascular equipment with Cardio Theater, strength training circuit and free weights, as well as locker rooms with showers. There are also assorted breakfast options, coffee bar, iced tea and soda products. ZOOM is open Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
