JCHS Hosts First Art Show
JCHS is hosting its first annual “JCHS Creates Art Show”—an event that will allow JCHS students, faculty and staff to show off their creative creations including paintings, pottery, sculptures, jewelry and much more. The entries will be judged by three judges from the Art Museum of Western Virginia and prizes will be awarded. The art show is on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008 and is being held in the new JCHS multi-purpose room, located in the third floor lobby of CRCH, the former location of the CRCH gift shop. More> |

Carilion Offers Nursing Scholarships
As part of our efforts to recruit individuals into the nursing profession and encourage our current nursing employees to further their education, Carilion again is offering the Thomas L. Robertson (TLR) Honorary Nursing Award and the Seay Education Scholarship. In addition, we are introducing a new scholarship dedicated to enhancing interest and education in the nursing profession, the JoAnn Brinkman Nursing Scholarship. More> |

Celebrating Our Heritage and the Legacy of Burrell
For over 85 years, Burrell provided much-needed healthcare services to southwest Virginia, first as a hospital, then as a long-term care facility. To celebrate the heritage and legacy of Burrell, we will hold a reception Friday, Feb. 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Sixth Floor Auditorium at CRMH.
